What to do ?
Install and open the camera mouse software. When you open the soft you will see your face via webcam. Now you have to select any part of your face. You can select nose, eye, or any place of your face as your wish.
I think nose is best for it,  this software will trace you movement automatically.

Note: this software is very sensitive. That’s why I wish to recommend you the below settings .
First go to the setting option of camera mouse. On the clicking tab check all the boxes like below.

In control tab check all the boxes shown as below.

On the tab Gains select very slow .

In Misc tab select extreme, shown as below picture.

Now press ALT+D and click ok.
